Enrico Cagnotti, serial conman is being released from custody this week from Hamilton. He is to appear in court in Midland on July 29, 2010. Will he be reprimanded or will this judge also feel sorry for him and let him off to deal with his heart...HE DOES NOT HAVE ONE by the way. So, will he be up to his old tricks or will he be going to the hospital to deal with his heart...stay tuned to see if his heart issue is a big scam!
Enrico Cagnotti has being faking heart attacks for many many years now...any police officer reading this blog who has arrested him can attest to this. Let's see if the judge in Hamilton got it right by letting him off easy due to his failing health.

Those of you who are Facebook friends with Enrico Cagnotti (probably through poker) have not heard from him because he has been in jail since mid June.

Enrico, Ricky, Rick, Peter Pan, Cagnotti, Cags, Depolis, is in court today in Hamilton where he has been charged with....well let's guess...could it be fraud! Bet ya it is!

So, what was it that "Peter Pan" was saying..."we will see who has the last laugh". I guess that would be all of us on Conwarn...because when we ALL found out Enrico Cagnotti was "inside" as they say, we actually all laughed!!!! Good times!

Enrico Cagnotti, AKA Depolis, will soon have to appear in court in Midland on June 24 2010. We all know that he is getting desperate to find a place to hide from the police. DO NOT LET IT BE YOURS! LADIES, if you have come upon this sight because you have recently met this CONMAN, know that he has been charged AGAIN and is to appear in court June 24 2010. In case he does not show up, please call the Midland police to inform them of his whereabouts!

Enrico was spotted in Toronto 2 months ago, so keep your eyes open. If we all work together, it will be impossible for him to escape the law and he will pay for his crimes yet again.

He has been known to threaten in order to get what he wants...MONEY. Do not give him any..his threats are empty, just like him. Enrico Cagnotti could be anywhere but he tends to stick close to Midland, Toronto (downtown core), has been seen in Hamilton, is NOT allowed back into Grey County.

Well, it seems that Enrico has been allowed to roam freely, or shall we say ROME freely (as he thinks he lives in Italy, which he most certainly does not!), until his court day in June. So the question is, will he actually show up! Sometimes he does and sometimes he does not. If he does not, there will be all kinds of excuses! I am on the highway and my car broke down, I fell off of a roof and I can't walk or maybe he will even admit himself to a mental institution. None the less, we need all eyes and ears as to where he may be in case he does not go to court.
