There has been an extension for all letters stating why Enrico Cagnotti should not get probation.
Please have your letters in by the end of January 2008 for his probation hearing in early February.

back in jail!
This is an update for those following Enrico Cagnotti's sad pitiful life.
He was released from Penetang Jail on November 6 after serving time for charges including fraud in Owen Sound only to be taken back into custody at the gate. There were many previous charges pre Owen Sound.
I like to replay the gate scene in my mind. Enrico, his brain abuzz with his next con, the excitement in getting back to his mommy's house then BAM, handcuffed at the gate, seconds from freedom. Enrico makes a fuss. 'Ouch, the handcuffs are too tight, they're hurting me', or 'I'm having a heart attack, take me to the hospital'.
On November 8, 2007, it was recalculated that he spend another 274 days behind bars.
We can only hope he spends his 50th birthday with his butt up against the wall!
There will be a parole hearing February 4th 2007.
This is your chance to have your say and keep him behind bars until the next hearing.
The goal is to keep him in jail until the end of his sentence on May 6, 2007.

Enrico Cagnotti
Enrico Cagnotti is a serial conman. As of August 17, 2007, he has pleaded guilty in Grey County Ontario Canada to several counts of fraud, resisting arrest, assault of an OPP officer where he will remain in jail for another 90 days. Once served, he will be placed in the hands of the Midland police where he is wanted as well.
Enrico Cagnotti also known as Rick Cagnotti, Ricky Cagnotti, Enrico DePalois and Rick Depalois and Enrico Cragnotti is a serial fraudster. He sets his sights on females, in particular, single mothers.
He pretends to be wealthy. He may pretend to be an owner/partner in The Liberty Group or involved with The Trump Towers. He may pretend to be an owner of hotels or a test pilot. He frequently spins a story where he pretends to be Mafia, terrorizing women in order to instill control isolating the woman from family and friends. He usually begins by renovating the woman's home as a kind gesture. He will have the drive way paved or the house painted or have new appliances delivered, toilets replaced, flooring redone etc etc. The majority of times, he has not paid for these 'gifts' and it is the woman that ends up paying in the end.
Enrico Cagnotti pretends he is the nephew of "Sergio Cragnotti" of Italy and the Godson of "Gambino" in New York. He is not related to these people whatsoever.
Enrico Cagnotti pretends that he wants to get away from the Mafia life and is therefore running from his 'Uncle' although he still remains in contact with his 'Godfather', Gambino. Because of this, he may tell women that he has no money for now because his 'Uncle' has cut him off and he cannot use credit cards because his 'Uncle' can find him that way.
Enrico Cagnotti creates fear in order to get the woman to mortgage her home in order to help pay a debt owed to his 'Uncle', a debt that his 'Godfather' has been ordered not to pay by the 'Uncle'. He may tell the woman, his 'Godfather' has asked for her help in paying the dept.
Or, Enrico Cagnotti may just sell you phantom items like flat screen televisions or jewellry or computers.
Either way, Enrico Cagnotti is a CONMAN. Stay away from him. He lives in Tiny Beaches Township in Northern Ontario Canada with his mommy! He moves around alot when he is trying to find a woman to con or when he is trying to avoid the police. He does not have a license to drive. He lost it from unpaid fines in 1999. He moves very fast in order to begin living with the woman where he rummages through her belongings for access to her bank accounts and cheques, forging the woman's name on her cheques when needed.
For your information, Enrico Cagnotti has just been ordered by a judge in Owen Sound to stay out of Grey and Bruce Counties. He was also ordered not to engage in or enter into any online dating and or personal site on the internet and in particular not to hold himself out on the internet as an available partner to any person. He was also ordered to advise his probation officer and keep his probation officer informed of any personal or dating relationships he may have with women.
Based on past behaviour it is more than likely Enrico Cagnotti will not report to his parole officer, so if you find this guy on any dating and or personal sites, call the police immediately so he can be arrested or post it here and I will gladly call the police. A photograph will be posted shortly.
Enrico Cagnotti may tell women that he has cancer when he feels he is loosing control to pull you back in because human nature is to feel sorry for this situation. Do not fall for this.
